Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it back into its original box with all manuals, tools, and accessories included to ensure a valid return.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
